At Glam Station, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order on our website operated via Shopify.

1. Delivery Time
• Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.

2. No Inspection Upon Delivery
• Order inspection upon delivery is NOT allowed.
• Opening the package before payment is not permitted.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to receive the shipment sealed.

3. Refused or Unreceived Orders
• If the customer refuses to receive the order for any reason, the customer is required to pay the full shipping cost directly to the courier.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. No Returns After Delivery
• Returns are NOT allowed after delivery due to the nature of our products being personal care and cosmetic items.
• The only exception is if the order arrives damaged.

5. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
• The order will be replaced with a new product.
• The damaged product must be handed back to the courier at the time of replacement delivery.
• Replacement requests are subject to evaluation by our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts & Communication
• The shipping company will attempt to contact you up to 3 times via:
• Phone calls, and/or
• WhatsApp messages
• If the customer does not respond or is unreachable after these attempts, the order will be returned immediately to Glam Station.

• Providing an incorrect or unreachable phone number may result in order cancellation.
